After years of strategy work in C-suite environments, I’ve honed the technique as a problem solving methodology that is more adaptive than most strategic planning methods. In my years in strategy work I noticed that the focus is on complexity, but my desire was to drive simplicity into how complex problems are solved. What you really want to do is find a problem you want to solve, deconstruct that problem and solve it quickly, effectively and simply. Syntegrate finds patterns fast, synthesises the key drivers to define their importance and priority and integrates it all into a plan. It allows us to solve problems and then adapt.
