Gill McLaren is an experienced executive leader, innovator, speaker and sought after consultant and coach and the CEO and Founder of Syntegrate.
Syntegrate helps "Solve problems worth solving and make a difference". The unique approach was created by adapting strategic planning approaches from the business world and applying them to problems worth solving in the 3 areas of: Life Design, Leadership and Shared Value.
The Syntegrate 3 step method combines business strategy, consultancy and
coaching to bring about practical, pragmatic and positive change solutions both for individual leaders and leadership teams.
For the 20 years before starting Syntegrate, Gill worked in executive leadership roles across the UK, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore in the areas of General Management, Strategic Planning, Commercial, Customer and Marketing at Coca-Cola. Gill also was a member of the Global Women's Leadership Council and Chair of the Pacific Women's Leadership council, with a focus on the goal of achieving gender parity in senior leadership positions. Her journey has given her deep experiences of different functions, countries, people and cultures all over the world.
Gill is also a passionate Speaker and opinion leader on the Topics of Authentic Leadership, Women In Leadership and Shared Value Creation.
Her speaking engagements have included TV (Channel News Asia’s Perspectives Program) and Radio (Women of Worth Interview on 938Live Singapore).
On the topic of Shared Value she has spoken and facilitated at many conferences including Sustainable Brands KL, World Marketing Summit, CSR Asia Summit and the YSEALI (Young South East Asia Leadership Initiative) Summit.
