Gill is a sought-after speaker on the topics of Authentic Leadership.
This has included speaking as an expert panellist for The Channel News Asia’s flagship panel discussion programme‘Perspectives’. Gill was asked to join the expert panel on the episode focused on “Leadership Beyond 2015”.
The programme was filmed in front of a live studio audience at Singapore Management University and Gill shared the stage with SMU President Professor Arnoud De Meyer; Mr Piyush Gupta, CEO & Director of DBS Group; Professor Kishore Mahbubani, Dean of Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy; with international journalist Mr TeymoorNabili as Presenter & Moderator.

She also gives engaging keynote talks at major conferences on the topic of 21St Leadership. Touching on areas such as being a corporate anthropologist, inclusive leadership and the art and science of leadership.

Gill is a thought leader in the area of Women in Leadership and the cultural dynamics and adjustments needed within organisations to progress in the area of Diversity. In addition to her focus on gender diversity, Gill works in the area of inclusive leadership to enable organisations to unlock the potential of diverse team’s agnostic of gender, age and cultural background.
Whilst at Coca-Cola Gill was a member of the Global Women’s Leadership Council and Chair of the Pacific Women’s Leadership council, with a focus on the goal of achieving gender parity in senior leadership positions. Alongside her general management responsibilities this led her to facilitate and be a part of Women in Leadership conversations on the opportunities and barriers in countries all over the world including; Japan; UK; France; USA; Argentina; South Africa; Brazil; Hong Kong; Philippines; Singapore; Malaysia; Her journey has given her deep experiences of different functions, countries, people and cultures and the key enablers and barriers to progress in the area of diversity.
Coca-Cola’s progress in the Global Women’s Initiative was recognized by a Global Catalyst award in 2013, and Gill represented the company at the awards conference in New York to share best practice, specifically in the area of how you Recruit, Retain, Develop and Advance women in the organization.
Gill leads and facilitates programs in the area of Women in Leadership for major clients through Syntegrate. She also does this in collaboration with Liquid Learning who is a leading professional conference and workshop provider, whose events attract the participation

For International Women’s Day Gill spoke at the ‘Your Story Matters’ event at The Arthouse, Sydney. The inspirational event brought together speakers who shared their stories, great music, great food and great conversations between the 120 attendees. Gill has also given radio interviews in both Singapore and Malaysia. Her radio interview for Singapore Radio Station 938 Live with Michelle Martin was a live interview on the Women of Worth Club programme. Where she shared her personal view on Women in Leadership at Coca-Cola, Economic empowerment of Women and how she has maintainedbalance between her successful career and being a Mum.
Michelle referred to it as “A Refreshing Take on Diversity and Economic Empowerment”

Gill gives Keynote speeches and runs Workshops, Women in Leadership Programmes and 1:1 Coaching in the area of Life Design.
She has also the author of “Think. Plan. Live Define and design your Best Life in 6 simple steps” through which she takes readers on an engaging and practical journey on how you create and live your best life.
Her book will be officially launched in June 27th.
Life Design courses take a number of different formats. The Webinar version supplement the existing 1:1 and workshop programs. The Life Design portal will also be launched to co-incide with the Think. Plan. Live. launch
Gill also works with corporate clients to create tailored Women in Leadership programs incorporating Life Design. These workshops dovetail in with existing Leadership programs the organization has, to accelerate the development of women, but also to inform what organizational changes are needed within the organization for the Women to thrive.
